David has practised primarily in the area of family law since being called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2013. He has experience with a variety of family law related matters, and takes a special interest in addressing property and support when corporations and family farms are involved.


David's practice includes litigation, negotiations, mediation, and arbitration.  He has appeared at all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as at the Supreme Court of Canada. He is recognized as a Family Mediator, Family Arbitrator, and has received his Qualified Arbitrator designation. 


David has presented papers on family law issues at legal conferences in Saskatchewan and nationally.

Patricia's family law practice includes addressing matters relating to parenting decision making, parenting time, divorce, child support, spousal support, and division of property.  She was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2015. 


Patricia’s family law practice includes alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and Collaborative law. She is also an experienced litigator appearing in the Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal. 


Patricia is recognized as a Family Mediator and has received her Qualified Mediator designation.

Brad Hunter

Brad's career spans over 40 years in family law, where he has advocated for his clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Brad now channels his extensive background into helping families navigate separation with respect and cooperation, entirely outside of court. Brad now focuses on mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law, leveraging his deep understanding of the legal system to craft peaceful resolutions.


Brad received his King's Counsel (K.C.) designation in 2007. Brad is a Family Mediator, Family Arbitrator and Collaborative Lawyer. Brad was the founding President of the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan, a testament to his pioneering spirit in the field.


Beyond his practice, Brad has been a passionate educator and leader, training collaborative law professionals across Canada, the United States, and Australia. He's also been an active contributor to the legal community and the arts scene.

Megan Ripplinger

Megan earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 2023. Previously, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan.  


During law school, Megan was an Editor and subsequently Managing Editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review. She was also a teaching assistant for first-year Legal Research and Writing.


Megan brings a passion for family law to Couture Miller LLP. Her practice includes assisting family law clients as they navigate negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Cassandra Kondzielewski

Cassandra’s interest in family law throughout law school brought her to Couture Miller LLP in 2026, shortly after receiving her Juris Doctor from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to attending law school, she also earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English with a minor in History from the University of Saskatchewan. 


Cassandra is passionate about client advocacy and family dispute resolution. She hopes to gain experience in matters regarding child support, spousal support, property division, divorce, parenting time, and parenting decision-making during her year of articles.
